Spartan Race is a global series of obstacle course races (OCR) designed to test participants' physical and mental endurance through a combination of running and challenging obstacles.
Founded in 2007 by Joe De Sena, Spartan offers events worldwide, ranging from beginner-friendly courses to ultra-endurance challenges.

Approximately 5 kilometers with 20 obstacles, ideal for beginners.
