Membership Terms & Policies. You will be asked to sign this when signing up for a class or a membership with us.
Membership Agreement
By signing this agreement, I agree to make a payment to FitLab USA LLC for my membership, which will last for an entirety of 12 months. This agreement grants permission to use studio equipment, amenities, and book classes/appointments. Problems concerning FitLab Lafayette should be addressed with staff immediately. If the member is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must provide written approval for this membership.
Cancelling Your Membership
Please notify a front desk staff member if you would like to cancel your membership with FitLab. Once your autopay is processed for the year, after notifying us, you will not receive an autopay charge for the next cycle. Notice can also be sent virtually to the studio’s email: fitlablafayette@gmail.com.
Suspending Your Membership
If the member wishes to suspend their membership, this can be done before the next autopay. Members can suspend their membership for 1-2 months for personal reasons, and up to 6 months for medical reasons, provided they submit a valid doctor’s note.
Downgrades/Upgrades
Membership downgrades and upgrades can be made at any time and will take effect with the upcoming autopay following the member’s notification to FitLab.
Scheduling
Members must schedule classes prior to arriving. Without a prior booking, FitLab cannot guarantee that the member will be allowed into the class due to limited space.
Waitlist
A maximum of 10 spots can be held on the waitlist. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the class. Members will be contacted if a spot opens up. If the member does not respond, their spot will be forfeited and given to the next person on the list.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
Members will be charged a fee for both late cancellations and no-shows. A late cancellation fee of $15 applies if the member cancels within the 5-hour window before the class starts. A no-show fee of $15 will be charged if the member does not show up or fails to sign in for their scheduled class.
Perks
Members receive unlimited use of the cold plunge and sauna, provided these are booked and approved by staff. Members are not permitted to use the cold plunge or sauna without acknowledging or checking in with a front desk staff member.
